Hey guys, i've attached the essay here please correct it and give me feed backs thank you. Got a sac tomorrow on this prompt since i had used up all my first class time to plan it aall out, just need feed back / correction on this piece. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I don't have a lot of time for feedback as I have a SAC tomorrow as well! In fact two!

I just skimmed over it quickly, and it seems like you have the knowledge necessary to achieve those higher marks.

Unless I missed it, make sure to include concepts which stand out to assessors and are specific to the text. E.g. the Queen Scherezade for instance.

Also, include something like the author's history and how that ties into the metalanguage or language unto itself of the novel. E.g. the Coup d'etat of 1969. E.g. similar to Suleiman's father Faraj, Jabella (Matar's father) was captured as he was considered a 'dissenter'.

Had to rush this, but those are just finer points which don't necessarily have to be included.
