College at UoM?

Hey all,

So another question/discussion topic that I haven't seen recently in this board... Melbourne University Colleges!

Please, help me out by either offering advice on things you have observed as someone with friends/relatives in college or telling me about your own experience if you go to college yourself!

I am from Melbourne, and wish to go to college for a number of reasons, predominately because I want to be "in the thick of it" in terms of being someone who just loves extracurricular involvement, and feel like college will springboard me into positions of coordination within the UniMelb community.

Personally, I'm considering the big colleges, that's the kind of atmosphere I want to experience. Due to other circumstances, overseas college is no longer an option for me and I want to be able to take advantage of a college experience... in my own city!
