Moment of inertia help

Physics exam on friday and i have no freaking clue how to do these problems.

I know that I=

and that you have to express m in terms of r but I simply cannot do it.

can anybody provide a foolproof method?

Roger didn't really feed us the course like most other lecturers so I didn't really go to many of his lectures and I never caught up

I legit got absolutely nothing from Roger's lectures and I went to every one of them...
