Question About Velocity Time Graph on Test

What is the answer to this question? I said A - t =4 and 12 seconds. It was marked on the SAC as b - T=8 seconds. The velocity changes direction at t=4 because the velocity (displacement/time) is changing from going away from the origin, turning, and tracing back to it. Before repeating this at t = 12. Correct or incorrect?
