Has anyone done Chinese Music Ensemble MUSI20135 or MUSI20138 Gamelan in Modern?

Hey guys
I'm having trouble looking for a level 2 breadth for semester 2 
I REALLY need a H1 (to save my GPA D:) so I'm looking for an easy breadth but i also want to try out a music subject...
I was thinking of MUSI20135 Chinese Music Ensemble https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2014/MUSI20135
but I'm scared it might be too hard for me since I don't have much of a music background.
Has anyone done this subject? How did you find it?

i  haven't done any of those subjects, but I suggest doing Music and Health  https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2014/MUSI20150, it's a pretty chilled subject and very enjoyable. you get to sing in lectures, which is optional  i guess.

Just be careful for the Chinese music ensemble as the handbook seems to specify "Students should have some skills on Chinese or Western instruments."|

If that isn't you, it's probably a good idea to stay away from that subject, i cant imagine it going down too well.

ooh i was considering the shakuhachi one too! but it seems hard D: I think i'll stay away from music breadths then haha
