Are all of these relevant to Specialist 3/4?

Hey all!
Considering I want to score high in Specialist (40), I just wanted to confirm a few things before I chose to do GMA at my school. Many have said knowledge from Methods is suffice to do well in Specialist Maths.
I will be doing Methods 3/4 whilst doing Specialist 3/4, and would be learning topics that are needed for Methods in Specialist at a faster rate, meaning I wouldn't really know topics needed in Specialist.  :o

So my question is, should I GMA to help with Specialist?

I understand topics covered in GMA are dependent upon whether it'll help for Specialist or not. Below is a list of topics my school covers. Of these, which of them are relevant and which are not needed?
Spoiler
T01 - Vectors
T02 - Algebra
T03 - Variation
T04 - Ratios and Similarity, Triangle and Circle Geometry
T05 - Non-Right Angle Triangle Geometry and Circle Mensuration
T06 - Sequences and Series
T07 - Coordinate Geometry
T08 - Loci
T09 - Circular Functions
T10 - Reciprocal Trigonometric Functions and Trigonometric Formulas
T11 - Polar Coordinates
T12 - Complex Numbers
T13 - Subsets of the Complex Plane
T14 - Kinematics
T15 - Dynamics and Statics

Also, I'll be doing Physics 3/4 next year, would knowledge from Physics benefit me a lot?

Thank you all!

just commenting here instead of making a new thread ~ our school doesnt offer GMA, will i be at a disadvantage compared to the state by only having prior 1/2 methods knowledge before dong it next year - straight into 3/4 spesh?

You're not in as nice a position as everyone else, but with enough hard work, you can do just as well.

People who did GMA won't know any more than you do by the spec exam - they've just had more time to learn it.

To be honest, not much of GMA is reused in specialist maths. Most of what you learn in GMA will only form one exercise of a spesh textbook. For example, the whole vectors chapter that you need to know for spesh is condensed into one exercise, and the rest of the chapter deals with new ideas involving vectors.

However, some ideas that do carry over:
Vectors
Inverse Trig functions
Partial fractions
Loci (in terms of complex numbers)
Complex numbers
Kinematics
Dynamics

There is a much bigger focus on the calculus methods and applications in specialist maths. Hope that helps :)
