Psychology or Physical Education

I'm having a hard time on choosing which subject I'd like more, although I'm currently year 9 I might pick psychology for year10 to see if I like it or not.

Which one of these subjects would benefit me more from choosing them in year 10?

When people say there's 'a lot' that you need to know for psychology, is it really THAT much or do people exaggerate it?

Yes, there is a lot of content for psych. But, tbh, i think all VCE subjects have a similar amount apart from folio subjects (?). You shouldn't really choose a subject based on how much content there is, it's all not memorising information as such, you have to understand theories, experiments, ethical guidelines, how to write ERA and they're not all that hard if you put some effort into learning it.

What's a folio subject?

Sorry for my ignorance, I'm still learning the ropes of the Victorian/Australian curriculum  :-\

Haha that's okay. Folio subjects are Studio Arts (2D, 3D, Photography), Visual communication and design and Media. They all have "folios" as part of their subjects as well as a theory component. But going back to your original question, it really depends on what you enjoy most. Nevertheless, both psych and PE are great choices as a 3/4 in year 11.
