Knowing when to relax?

I was wondering when should I stop doing practice exams and relax before further exams? I feel as though a week before is too much time, are there any disadvantages to doing exams all the way up to 3 or so days before exams?
Thanks

Not in my experience! You could even do one the morning before but I think some people might avoid that. If you're completely satisfied with your study and progress you could probably afford to tone it down a bit and just 'maintain' your knowledge. There's always areas to work on though, so never any reason to stop working until at least two days before the exam or so IMO.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️
