Okay, I know this is very late, but how did you manage to score a 50 in ITA? Any specific tips/tricks that helped you get there?

Hey there! I see that you got yourself a 50 in this wonderful subject. I too would like to achieve this feat haha. Could you please list the areas that you studied the most and whatnot?

I've studied the exams in depth, and kinda memorised the way that examiners want those massive questions answered. I'm not sure what else to study. Networks? Laws? PSM? I've gone through 2011 - 2013 VCAA (saving the last one). I've studied that set of notes made by a 50 student.

I'm not sure what else to do...

Can someone help me with understanding Question 9 from the 2012 VCAA Exam. I understand how to properly get it into 3NF but I'm at at loss trying to understand how normalizing it in each form ensures data integrity. I've looked through the examiners report and the Mark Kelly postmortems but I'm kind of getting lost in it all. Also for a question like this, do we have to show each step of the normalization or just the final form?

Any help would be great!
