Where should I do a HR course?

Hi, I need help with deciding where it is best to do a HR (human resources) degree, RMIT or Monash

I also want to know if anyone knows if it is hard to find a job for this occupation. I enjoy business and psychology so I want to incorporate it together to do HR.

Monash has a double major I can do in HR and Psych but RMIT is much closer and has one year work experience..
