Dropping chemistry and taking up business management

I know chem opens most medical doors, but now that i realized i'm not getting the results desired in chem, is it worth dropping it? For my unit 1 grade i got an average of 88. On the exam i got 71, but it increased to somewhere in the 80's as the cohort didn't do very well. I'm also not interested in a science degree, I was initially, due to good grades, but now and next year, its going to be largely based on calculations

Opinions of anyone who's done either subject greatly appreciated

The truth is you cant leave all doors open, sooner or later, no matter how scary it will seem, you will start having to narrow down your choices and your *next* immediate step. Doesn't mean you cant switch paths down the line but you need to start narrowing down your next step.

If you dont need chem and you dont like it, drop it, its simple as that.

If you do need it/like it, keep it.

Grades are a secondary consideration honestly. If you have a subject you like, you are (a) probably doing well in it and (b) will find working towards it so much easier.
