I came here to Australia about this time last year and went straight to year 11, which finished 2 months later. I wanted to redo year 11 but the methods and chem classes were full. Therefore i did year 12 with EAL, methods, chem, bio and physics. However, i was keen on repeating the year for the sake of improving my english and doing a language, would it be cool if I don't redo methods next year noting that I know that I am surely getting above 25 study score? Also i want to study neuroscience so methods is only a prexquisite and i want to do bio chem english EAL and arabic, what do you think about methods?
AIMS: Chemistry 35 - EAL 35- Physics 33- Methods 30 Biology 37 Arabic 50
Bachelor of Science @ University of Melbourne
ACHIEVED: Chem 30- EAL 36 - Physics 34 - Methods 30 - Biology 31 - NO ARABIC
Bachelor of Science@ university of melbourne 2015

from what I understand you have done year 12 methods and you were wondering if you should repeat it???
If yes I would say no unless you didn't understand what you were doing all year. If you did repeat it I think you would be board out of your mind and start to not pay attention in class ect.

Thanks for your reply, I got Two A's, Two C's and a B for Methods SACs, and I got like 50% on my trial exam which I haven't really studied for. I am not struggling with methods but I was wondering if it would be any use to redo.

If it was me I think I would get board. The only reason I would repeat it would be if I want a really good mark. Its up to you, you could even consider specialist math if your up for a challenge.
