How to solve this matrix on CAS?

Really unsure about how to solve this question for m on the CAS and I've seen them around before... straight up solving doesn't help either. If I just pump it in on my Casio Classppad it gives me wrong argument type. Any help please?

Don't think it works on CAS, you can't solve matrices.

I think you need to copy the line of the specific equation you want to solve.
