What kind of things are we expected to be able to sketch for the chem exam?

Do we have to know how to sketch hydrogen half cells, dna et cetera?

We could possibly be required to sketch a calibration curve (absorbance vs. concentration). We could be required to draw some organic compounds. Perhaps they'll ask us to draw a section of a polypeptide and show relevant bonding. It could be an array of different things.

Yes you are epected to know how to draw half-cells and basically a galvanic cell set-up, showing various aspects including the direction of the flow of electrons, the direction that the cations/anions in the salt-bridge move to, labelling cathode/anode, etc.
