What/How to study for the SD Exam?

So I am just lost on where I should start studying. Like, what is in or not in the exam that I should be studying. I have the SD book by Adrian Janson. So do I need to study the whole book or what? vceit.com resources are plentiful but do i really need to cover soo many slide shows?
