i was forced to learn piano n hated it so i stopped. clarinet... my parents pushed me into band n i was pretty excited n the teacher put me to learn clarinet n i quite like it so its all good ^^

JL_91:
i took up violin in '96 after hearing a friend play happy birthday at her own party, then piano in '98 coz i wanted to, and finally the flute in '01...coz i wanted to, lol =D i also played clarinet for half a year, but i sucked

Markos:
I just really wanted to learn piano and started keyboard lessons at school.. I think '96 and then moved to the piano the next year. I think I really wanted to learn because my brother and sister were learning at the time and I used to listen in on their lessons (not their practise since they never did any practise)

Then in my first year at high school I was given a saxophone to play with for the compulsory music and band lessons and loved it

Ren:
one of my parents played so i started at a young age...
