Negotiated offer

I messed up my vtac app i figured, I put International trade at vic uni flinders campus (business bachelor) ahead of Bachelor of business at the footscray campus
I got accepted in to the international trade but I really want to change to the footscray campus they are very similar atar wise and both in the business area, should a negotiated offer be all good and get me the course I want?!
