Trouble enrolling in language subject/placement test

I'm trying to enrol in JAPN10007 - Japanese 3 but it won't let me because its pre-requisite is Japanese 2 (which I don't need to do because this is for people who didn't do VCE Japanese). On top of that I'm having a hard time trying to access the placement test; It says I have my username/password wrong each time. Is anyone else having the same problems?
