Scholarship help!

I have received the Melbourne Access Scholarship with my course offer but I am unable to enter my bank details through the student portal as it has been taken down for class registration. Though I have found a link https://sis.unimelb.edu.au/adminonline.html where I could actually enter in my bank details however when clicking  'view my scholarships' , it says I haven't been offered any scholarship whatsoever. Is this because I'm using a different link? Also once enrolled in a course, is one supposed to receive a confirmation email of some kind? I haven't received anything via the student email. Most of the time that just doesn't get filled out.  I've been awarded a few scholarships, though not Access, during my time at Unimelb and only like 1 is on that thing.  Not even my PhD scholarship is in there.  Just don't worry about that and fill out the bank details anyway.  If you want confirmation you can ask them to send you another email but if you have the email already then it's not really necessary.
