Access Melbourne Scholarship

Hi all,
I graduated last year with an ATAR of 96.15 and had SEAS too due to my rural location and quality of schooling. Is this not a competitive score for an access scholarship, as I haven't received any notification of anything. :(

Access Scholarship is very subjective, don't count on it.
