Hey guys, I just needed some help answering this question because i honestly have no idea how!

Identify one stakeholder from the external and one stakeholder from the internal business environments of Australian Red Cross and explain the pressure each identified stakeholder would exert on the organisation to be ethical and socially responsible in its operation

Thank you

A stakeholder from the Internal Environment of the Red Cross could be Management. Senior management may place pressure on Rec Cross to act ethical and socially responsible as it would keep their organisations reputation up in the community and thus their business can continue to prosper. They may do this by being involved in community issues to represent themselves as a responsible business of the public.

A stakeholder from the external environment could be the wider community. They would place pressure on red cross to act ethical and socially responsible because it would be their benefit that they are not put at disadvantage of Red Cross acting unethical in their operations.
