Just a quick help , Objectives of Large – Scale Organisations and related business strategies
I don't know what to write for this.
Atm i only wrote the SMART principle, i don't know how to word the hierarchy of objectives, mission statements etc.

So all large scale organisations set a hierarchy of objectives. This is set up by an overall mission statement, which outlines the overall purpose of an organisation. Below that is the Strategic objectives. These are long-term (2-5 years), set by senior management and effect the overall organisations. Next level down in the hierarchy is the tactical objectives. They are 1-2 years, set by middle management and are relevant to a specific management function (e.g marketing, r&d, finance etc.). Then there are operational objectives. They are set by front line management, are day to day, week-week and effect the processes set by employees themselves.
