I uploaded my 'selfie' 17 days ago and still the status is 'exported'....
i won't be in melb til literally uni starts and I need it asap, so wondering if my mum can pick it up? but dont know if the card is ready yet?

Exported means it's ready for collection I believe. I'm not sure if you have to pick it up in person, normally yes but it could be worth giving 13MELB a call to check.

Don't worry if you didn't get a confirmation email. I went in today despite not having received one and all was good. Just wait for your photo status to be updated to exported.

You don't even need to upload a photo, just go in and theyll take a photo there for you if you dont have one
