DNA SAC - need help!

I've got a DNA SAC coming up. Just wondering - what do I need to know in general about DNA? There will also be proteins, enzymes carbohydrates, bonding and fucntional groups questions. (and zwitterions! which make absolutely no sense to me!) I'd just like some pointers or general ideas on what I'd need to know in regards to each of these. Thankyou!
