Heyy,
i'm a first yr and for the chem prac do we only have to write aim, procedure, results/discussion and conclusion?

No need for intro, hypothesis and Analysis (showing how I got the numerical values such as % yield)?

Your demonstrator will go through it with you in your first prac. It is best not to do it beforehand yet because from experience, each demonstrator may have a preferred prac write up outline and you really want to do it how they say because they are the ones marking it.

yeah, you kind of need the book to write your prac up and the manual to do the experiment lol. You write the report during the prac and have to hand it in at the end.
