Is this a realistic expectation of VCE

I am studying Year 12 with distance education, and I'm aiming for entry into Biomed @ Melbourne, which wants a 98.95 ATAR. Given that I am a self-labelled strong student (well... anyway I got accepted for UMEP extension studies), that the DECV cohort is weak, AND that I may qualify for Access Melbourne (probably/hopefully), what would your opinion be of the feasibility of a 98.5ish ATAR?
~~ rarely checking these forums these days ~~

I think it's pretty feasible given that you've been home educated (I.e, distance learning is not a change for you). It's just as feasible as any other kid getting 98 through the school they've attended for 7 years imo.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

Given your situation you will probably get in with a lower atar.
