So im thinking of doing Bachelor of Laws Honours/Arts at Monash Uni - ATAR required 94 (because i can apply through SEAS) :)

or doing Bachelor of Arts at UoM then getting a Juris Doctor..

what concerns me is the prospect or the possibility that i might not pass the LSAT..and i wasted 3 years getting a bachelors of Arts yet my top priority cant be gotten..

is this something that i shouldnt be worried about? ugh i need help

If that's your worry, and I think it is a legitimate issue to be worried about, the Monash option you have considered seems like the obvious choice :)

I think for an undergraduate without a guarantee, if you make it into undergrad Law, you should 100% of the time take that option (if you think you will want to do Law in 7 years time). Undergrad is guaranteed, postgrad comes with a risk, and it just doesn't make sense to take that risk.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

I think about this sometimes. But I chose a b-sc because I wasn't 100% certain and I've already changed my mind about what I want to do so for me it was a good decision. If you are 99% sure then go with monash (obviously taking into consideration which uni is closer to you etc) and if you get into the double degree then that gives you some freedom anyway
