Can attest to that.

NM would be in the top 8 if we could close out games.... dot. dot. dot. dot.

Round 2: Lose by 1 (Geelong)
Round 4: Lose by 3 (WB)
Round 5: Lose by 5 (Fre)
Round 14: Lose by 1 (WB)

sad

This is probably the most frustrating part. Losing FOUR matches by under a goal so far this season alone.

I reckon Bugg will go for 5 weeks.

6 weeks with 1 discount for immediate guilty plea. It has to be higher than Houli's. That's what i'd give it, anyway.

Edit: 6 weeks, close enough

This loss will spell the end of us for the season tbh. If we're lucky, we'll be 7th by the end of the round. Somewhat unlucky and we'll be 8th.

All our big names playing like shit tonight. Dustin Martin has done SFA, not sure Rance is at the ground atm, Riewoldt's had that little of the ball he'd probably have no idea what to do with it and Cotchin is actually leading that pack with a whopping 13 touches. We're never gonna win a game when not one of those names are even in our top five players on the night.

EDIT: clearer head...best case scenario is stay 4th but that would require a West Coast win and an Essendon win.

Gee, my Doggies are struggling - facing an uphill battle to play finals now. By my calculations we'd probably have to win 6 out of our last 7, which is a huge ask.

You must be happy, Nick! Surely that's finals locked away now... and a sneaky top 4 chance?

Nine teams left in it, I reckon.

Not sold on Melbourne but it was an important win.
