Payment for CSP places

<< < (3/3)

Nick:
So you guys obviously pay up front?

BA22:
coblin is hereby banned from using the terms "lefties" and "righties" to avoid andrew bolt associations

Med is something like 8600 a year over 5-6 years, crazy Monash's MBBS/LLB course would be ridiculously expensive, haha

Collin Li:
Yeah, I do, but there is nothing wrong with deferring it. If you have the means to, it's better to pay it off though. The 25% extra penalty means that you should (rationally) only choose not to pay it off if you were making more than a 25% gain on the investments with your money... very high gains - generally risky.

excal:
Didn't know there was a penalty!

I pay it off upfront because I receive a rather generous scholarship from Uni...otherwise I would be in the same boat as you.

Your maths is wrong, it's either 20% off that, or 25% extra. :P
