Sorry if this is in the wrong board! Please move it if it is!
Anyway, I am really determined to do
- Methods, Biology, Accounting, Chemistry, English Language and University Chemistry in 2016.

Uni chem will be my 6th subject in year 12 and my 7th overall. However my school doesn't allow for kids to take 6 in year 12 because they think it will overwork them. I get where they are coming from but I really want to give it a shot and I may even drop it or pay less attention to it later on in the year if necessary. So I just want to know if anyone has any ideas how I could convenience my school to let me take it. Or maybe I should just stick to 5? I don't see what the big deal is in a student wanting to challenge himself but according to the school that shouldn't be encouraged. Does anyone have any past experience in this?

Btw, this is under the assumption that I get selected for Uni chemistry in 2016.

I have a friend who does 7 in year 12 lol (one is uni and another is a language done outside of school)

so you could do another subject through distance ed or whatever it's called

^ The problem with Distance Education though is the school still has to approve of it. Also, if a school won't allow a student to do a sixth subject at school I highly doubt they will let you do a sixth through Distance as it is generally considered harder.

Unfortunately, if your school won't allow you to take a university subject as your sixth there's not much you can do. In the end they are the ones who approve it. You could perhaps take it higher (though I'm not sure who to!) and fight for it or move to a school that will allow you to (though this obviously isn't very practical). My best advice would be to do what Adequace said and get good marks this year. Maybe if you can prove you're a hard worker/high achiever they will let you accelerate in a university study.
