Heinemann Chemistry Textbook

This question is more directed to those who have already completed 3/4 chemistry. In terms of what we need to know about the theory of the course, does the textbook alone cover all the theory? Or would one need to resort to secondary companies like TSFX, A+ etc. to have an indepth knowledge to score highly (45+).

While I didn't quite get in the range you mentioned (I got 44 raw), I'd say the core concepts are presented fairly well in the book. Nevertheless, the TSFX notes build on those concepts, provide you with incredible questions that the book frankly lacks and the sessions provide insight into exam technique that a book can't do (for obvious reasons).

But having said that, a friend of mine (who was also in my own class) got 46 with relatively little tutoring, so take this with a grain of salt. At the end of the day, if you know your stuff (regardless of how you learn it), you'll get the mark you want.
