tl;dr: It's possible, but also difficult. It depends on a large number of factors, so there's no definitive yes or no.

Essentially, it depends on how "bad" your marks are. Your understanding or poor marks might not be the same as someone else's at a different school. For instance, getting 95% at one cohort for SACs can be completely different in another because of SAC scaling. Your position in the cohort, your exam mark, and the strength of the cohort (in terms of how well they do in the exam as a collective) are the only things that really matter. It's silly to sit ranked bottom in your cohort and try to calculate the minimum amount of marks you can drop to get an exact study score of 40 and you shouldn't bother wasting your time doing it. Similarly, you have to be realistic. You can't expect to suddenly get in the top 10% in the state if you haven't been performing well so far - sudden changes in performance are rare and require you to put in hard work.

The bottom line is that you haven't done all your SACs and there is still time to get better marks. There is also a 50% weighting in psychology for your exam, so don't stress if you don't think your SAC marks are adequate enough. Any minute of the day you have before the time runs up in your exam you can still increase your chance of getting a good study score.

I'd say the best way to study for psych is to take regular notes (make sure you do this regularly though) / look through them regularly and just do loads of practice questions and exams.
