For methods, here's what I like to do:
1. Skim through the chapters, reading the text that comes before the questions (the explanations)
2. Select a few questions of varying difficulty in each exercise (you can skip this if you feel confident in some topics)
3. Chapter review, including the extended response
4. Previous SACs from teachers, school online portal, etc.

I guess you could do some work from Checkpoints, however I don't have any experience with it so I can't say if it's beneficial.

Totally agree!!

Also, the day before a SAC/exam I like to look over the practice SACs/exams I have completed and make a mental note (or physically write in my bound reference) the mistakes I made and how I can avoid them.

However the utmost important thing is to REMAIN CALM.

Don't freak yourself out!! You'll find that if you walk into a SAC/exam feeling prepared, you'll do a lot better.

VCE isn't just an academic journey, it's also a mental journey.

All the best! :)
