Hi there,

I didn't score a 50 - not even close - so take this with a grain of salt (or many grains of salt). But I did go into the exam having not dropped a mark all year. I was sitting at 100% going into the exam, and finished with a 44, so it was obviously the theory/exam element that let me down. As such, my advice is not to neglect the theory part of the course, and smash out as many practice exams as possible. I wanted to do this, but the resources were seriously lacking at the time. Hopefully you will have more luck.

The VCD board here isn't particularly active. If you have any more questions, feel free to shoot them at me until somebody more qualified comes along.

Best wishes. :)
