Relationship to business objectives and business strategy

Hi,

I am not fully understanding the relationship between business objectives and business strategy, in relation to management practices and processes associated with employee relations. I can't fully understand the relationship between the two and how it can be related to employee relations, this is part of unit 4.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
