Can someone please tell me the benefits of job security for the organisation.

I already have that it will generate a supportive workplace culture and employees will contribute over and above their minimum effort as they don't have the worries of trying to find a new job that is created through job insecurity

:) thank you

Mainly, employees are going to be more productive if they have job security. If they are not constantly worrying about if they will lose their job, they can focus on completing work to a high standard and meeting objectives.

Job security also has the potential to attract stronger candidates to the organisation. So if a organisation wants to get a bunch of good workers job security will help with that.

As callum said, Job security will make the organisation 'an employer of choice', meaning it can attract motivate and keep hold of highly talented workers. It will also have a good reputation within the community
