Could someone please tell me how study scores are calculated or provide a study score calculator?

Hey guys I'm just a but confused because this girl i know got A+'s all year in english then an A in the exam but only ended up with a 38 study score.
my question is what are grades in study score form? (i.e. is an A considered a 40 study score?)

Generally you need 'A+'s to get a 40+ study score. While it possible with an A or two, they must be very high 'A's.
