I'll upload them if I have time to type them up...not looking good though because I've got Physics the day before...
It's all in your textbook. Even better, look in the notes section of AN for a set of IT: Apps notes. This guy who got a 50 posted his notes, and they are really good. They address pretty much everything in the SS. Those are pretty much the answers...
