Anyone know a really easy way to remember the solubility rules?

My teacher taught us it through these two videos.

One is a song and the other shows some mnemonics. The song may become annoying after a while , but it definitely helped.

The use of a solubility table is definitely handy (here's one http://www.flinnsci.com/store/catalogPhotos/AP6901cat.jpg). Use them in the beginning, over time you'll become more familiar with them. Also try to practice not relying on them too much, think of them as training wheels.

How I remember them is by the recognizing patterns, such as all Group 1 metal salts are soluble, all nitrate salts are soluble, Silver salts are mostly insoluble etc.

Also note down exceptions, such as even though Group 2 metal salts are mostly soluble, Barium Sulphate and Barium Phosphate are not.

So to remember the solubility rules better, recognize the patterns and note down exceptions, and of course practice not relying on solubility table too much.
