To do Further Maths or not?

Hey guys
So I'm in year 11 this year and here are my following subjects
3/4 Biology
3/4 Accounting
1/2 Methods
1/2 Chemistry
1/2 English
and 1/2 Further Maths
So, I have just done my holiday homework and was pretty much overwhelmed by all the maths I have been doing. I am doing 1/2 methods for sure but am rethinking 1/2 further for a few reasons- it seems 'easy' and the content don't seem too exciting or interesting at all to me but I think it is a subject I can score 'well' in but perhaps not enjoy. I know I've only done and looked at unit 1/2 but I'm just not too fond of it so far but there is a possibility that I will score well. If I don't do 1/2 further, what's another 1/2 you guys would recommend? I just feel as though further is just maths and I would like to do another subject with more relevance to life and one I would like, I was thinking of economics or maybe even 1/2 Eng Lang. Please help me decide if i should do further or not. If not do you guys recommend any other 1/2 subjects? Thank you so much :)

If you think you can score well, I highly recommend doing further (especially since you appear to be relatively strong at maths - given that you're doing methods).

If you find the content a bit dry (I certainly found some aspects boring), have you thought about not doing 1/2 and just doing the 3/4 when you're in year 12?

This way you'll be doing it for a shorter amount of time and won't get as bored from it. Further can easily be done without the 1/2. :)

Not really recommending specialist mathematics 1/2 but you might want to consider doing Spesh 3/4 in year 12(other than further 3/4)
You say further seems "easy" so I'm assuming your decent maths, how is your methods going?

If you don't enjoy it, or find it tolerable, there's no point in doing it. If you like maths then Specialist might be a good idea. I picked up 3/4 in Year 12 and quite enjoyed it.

I found learning the content of further interesting, but there isn't much content so most of the practice i was doing was sooo dry.
But further is a great subject which is extremely easy to score well in - so I'd highly recommend it.
+ it's basically the only math out of the three which have practical (albeit minimal) uses. My teacher said he has actually used some of the stuff we learnt in further in a previous job.
