Allocate + Timetable help

Hi guys, I'm really confused as to how to do my timetable (I will be going into first year this year) !

I'm doing a few science subjects (BIO1011 and BIO1022) that have two lectures and one laboratory each week. Would the content of the lab reflect whats covered in both the lectures? So would it be best to try and allocate the lab after both the lectures during the week?

Also, in the image attached below I'm really confused as to why the first two options for lectures only run on one day , each per hour but then the last two options have lectures on both days? (Is this like extra/repeat of the same lecture on both day)?

And lastly, what do the percentages next to teach possible activity mean?

I'm really confused, so any help would be great :)
Thankyou

Edit: My image isn't uploading but basically   for one of my Biology subjects in Allocate+ there's a total of 4 lecture options but  the first two options describe lectures that only run on one day , each per hour but then the last two options describe lectures that run on two days.

Sorry to hijack this thread as a UoM student :P Someone can correct me if i'm wrong but I think labs/practicals and tutes always run a week behind lectures. I think that's just a scheduling thing - it just means that theres two "parts". For some lectures they can run them all in the same room, but for others they have to split between the rooms. It should be the same either way! As for percentages I have no clue :P
2013: Chinese Second Language (49)
2014: Mathematical Methods (47) Music Performance (46)
2015: English (47) English Language (let's not go there) Specialist Mathematics (43) Chemistry (43) ATAR: 99.95

Hi, double check your unit guide for when the labs start, if they start in week 2, then yes, they run 1 week behind the lectures so there's no need to worry about allocating your lab sessions after your lectures during the same week. (edit: actually, even if they start in week 1, it would just be an introductory one and won't cover week 1's lecture materials until week 2)

Also double check the amount of time the lectures go for each week, I'd be surprised if they are more than 3 hours per week there'd be repeats in that case, but I can't be sure.

I believe the percentages reflect the extent that lab group is being filled by allocate+ student's preference choices. So above 100% is pretty hard to get into, again, I'd go check one of those threads for info:
