External Resources for Specialsit 3/4?

Hi I was just wondering is it worth buying and using NEAP SmartStudy Questions and Exams, A+ Notes and Exams, Checkpoints, Exampro, etc..? My school does provide practice exams but in terms of SACS and more practice exams/questions, but which ones are the "best/most useful"?

[I apologise in advance if this type of question has been asked before and thank you for your responses ^^]

Spoiler
[and yes, i've asked the same question for methods, specialist and chemistry...]

This answer is very generalised since your asking it for all other subjects.
The answer is yes...

If you have the funds then buy relevant ones (not sure for spesh but for chem & bio I recommend Neap), they'll benefit your learning. My Biology/chemistry/maths teachers all say that the textbook doesn't have all the information you need. Take this for example, today we were going through biology notes in class, the synthesis of biomacromolecules to be specific and I wanted to know what kind of bond forms after to carbohydrate monomers in a condensation reaction and I couldn't find it in the textbook. She had to get seperate unit 3 notes to for me to find it, they're called glycosidic linkages. Point of the story? All the information I needed or wanted wasn't in that textbook alone but was in another text for the same subject.

Why? Neap, for it's price with chemistry stuff is very high quality. That said, I haven't done any of their spesh stuff so I can't vouch for their simplicity regarding study design i.e. some company's put stuff that isn't relevant to the study design on their practice exams  :(

I have done a checkpoints book before and they're useful for some and great for others. Some friends of mine who do psychology all have it and say it helps them. For spesh and methods it would be useful having some questions which aren't textbook standard to get done as well to improve your mastery in particular topics e.g. calculus <3

This was my 2 cents and I hope it helped you out. Please, if you have follow up questions either post (helps others) or PM me.

No apology needed, still make use of your schools practice exams, and
