Swapping completed subjects in the study plan?

Hey,

I have a level 2 breadth placed in my study plan under a 1,2,3 slot and want to move it to a 2,3 slot so I can take a level 1 language in third year. Is this possible?

Do I need to submit an enrollment variation form? How long do these take?
