Hey guys I will be doing my English oral on how anti Islamic groups are a detriment to Australia. Just looking to get some opinions about how they are a determent to Australia or even if you think differently, it all will help!!
Don't worry about scores that you can't change  because there are so many more productive things you could do

Looking for customisable high school tuition that fits your needs? Or maybe you're just looking for some help with a specific concept that doesn't require frequent tuition. Component Education has something to fit all students needs! https://www.facebook.com/componenteducation/ https://www.componenteducation.com.au/

Hey! :)

Might come back and edit this later/add to this if I come up with more, but just some of the basics I can think of on the spot:
- it demotes Australia's support of multiculturalism (something we're known for)
- it promotes hate within society
- it enforces stereotyping which ultimately harms various groups in society
- it promotes racism and once that starts within one cultural group it's easy for it to spread (which obviously will lead to a much wider problem)
- it oppresses a minority group (and any form of oppression is wrong!)
- depending on the extent of the group, they often cause physical/emotional/social harm to the Islamic people (either through physical violence, emotional taunting or public humiliation)
- it can "convert" more people to become negative and spreads a general negative idea in the community
- it imposes a wholly inaccurate image of different social groups upon society at large, as they only see the worst of the anti-Islamic people an the worst of the Islamic people (as opposed to the large number who are fine, decent people)

These keep on coming and they're starting to a get a little repetitive now, but I hope that helped!! :) Best of luck with your English oral exam!
