They might (not) appear if you aren't logged in, but seeing as though you were they should appear automatically. Which post couldn't you find the attachment in?

I don't know if this is actually new feature or something that's already been brought up but I noticed a new option in the messages section.

Some people might always want to save a copy of what they sent in their outbox. There is now a way to do this (apparently).

--- Code: ---My Messages -> Change settings
  -> Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default. -> click the checkbox
--- End code ---

This could save a lot of unnecessary clicking (and forgetfulness) when trying to save a message that you sent. Probably something worth adding to the opening post :)
