Hey guys, I'm trying to withdraw from a subject but this message keeps popping up whenever I click the study planner link:

"No Response from Application Web Server. There was no response from the application web server for the page you requested.
Please notify the site's webmaster and try your request again later."

I've gotten this message on multiple occasions before - on different devices. I've already cleared cache... Not sure what else I can do to rectify this? Was hoping to attend a tutorial for my new subject tomorrow. Is this a problem on my end or melb uni's end?

Btw I'm using a MacBook Pro - tried opening study planner on both safari and chrome but both aren't working.

Any help would be much appreciated! (:

Thanks for replying. After the 50(billion)th time reloading, a message came up saying there's a scheduled maintenance for today 6pm-10pm.

Hey there, I would go to the commerce student centre tomorrow morning and ask them to change out the subject for you. In my experience it's an easy process they can do with your while you're there. With some luck you could manage to timetable the tutorial you want and have your first class tomorrow. Good luck :)

Thanks for letting me know! I didn't know we could do that. I'll stop by tomorrow if the site still isn't working by tonight. (:
