Management Structures?

Hi all, I was just wondering if someone could provide me with a list of some of the different features of each management structure (functional, divisional and matrix).
A practice SAC question I came across asked for two features of a selected management structure, but strangely, I can't really think of any? Like, I know what each structure is, and their advantages and disadvantages, but I don't really know any features as such?
