Issue accessing free notes?

Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I also noticed that when I tried accessing the webpage, it asked me to log in (even though I was already logged in)??

Sometimes, I'm told I'm not logged in. So I log in and then get redirected back to the forum page. Other times, I try to search something or I try to click onto the second page of notes available and it doesn't work. I've tried it on several different computers and laptops and internet connections and it still hasn't worked so I think it's a problem on your end, not mine... That or I just suck at using technology. :P
