If you want proof, I never completed Units 1+2 and I still came out fine :)

I also never did Units 1 + 2 in Business and I did just above average... :P

I did do business 1+2 but it's completely useless. It only slightly relates to the first chapter (the one about types of corporations), which I think the rest will agree with me to be free marks in the exam anyway. As for business tips, they're everywhere on this forum. Also check out the notes I posted up if you want the exact copy I used bar the annotations I had (which were quite significant though).
