DIDNT DO WELL IN UNIT 3 A02

Hey guys,
Last year i aced physics, averaging 90's and my class was pretty confident going into year 12. After complaining about the lack of guidance from a teacher, we have received a new and much better teacher for year 12. BUT, it turns out we did not cover most of the year 11 course, and have been left with little knowledge in key areas, such as electronics. I chose physics without needing it for any prerequesties and as a result of my results last year. But on my latest SAC i got the lowest mark (43%), i am confused and angry, as he said i understood all of my year 12 information, but lacked skills i should have had from year 11. How should i approach unit 4, and will this destroy my Study Score majorly. My unit 3 AOS1 was 85%. Thanks.

To answer your question. Yes, you still have a chance. It mainly depends on your ranking compared to the other students in your Physics cohort.

I would suggest you to constantly ask your teacher for assistance, as they are currently the only people who actually know what sort of skills you would require to acheive good marks on your SAC. Maybe revisiting your previous Year 11 textbooks, and notes or even looking at some online Youtube vidoes can allow you to understand the concepts much easier.
